Refund & Return Policies
  • Cash on delivery is not applicable


  • Currently, we deliver thru our runner only in Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur area.


  • If you are in Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur area, but you could not found your postcode area in delivery system, please do contact with our customer service 016 626 2033


  • Sales items are not returnable unless defect from our parts


  • Color tone of the actual product may be differ due to lighting effects, monitor's brightness and contrast setting


  • Once a cake has been picked up by you or a designated party or receive a delivery it is considered "Accepted". Be sure to look at the order and make sure it is what you ordered. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop or after receiving from the drivers. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored.


  • All orders placed online for in-store pickup or delivery are final and non-refundable once the order is placed and you receive a confirmation of your order.


  • If you serve the cake/goods and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away. Please return it to us, so we can see what is wrong, and if there is something wrong, we will replace it. Please contact us at 016 626 2033 or sales1@rarakitchy.com


  • If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least 72 hours notice. With less notice, we cant reschedule your order (depending on availability). 3D Cakes require at least 7 days notice if changes want to be made to the cake or to change the date. Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored.



All orders placed will be subject to the following rules:


Rara Kitchy does not issue refunds. All deposits/retainer fees/payments towards an order is NON REFUNDABLE. We strongly enforces our NO CHANGES POLICY, once an order has been placed. (This is critical in keeping with our organization system) You may not change any aspect of your order 3 days prior to the scheduled pick up/delivery date as dictated on your invoice for cakes. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy on your invoice. A Designer will be using the invoice as exact instructions while decorating. Any conversation had about design, that are not specified on the invoice will not be seen by the Designer. If any the wording is not correct, advise us prior to making a payment.
